You may be experiencing leaking of urine when coughing, sneezing, lifting weights or running. We can help by assessing the strength of these muscles and providing you with a specifically tailored exercise program to strengthen them.
During pregnancy the body undergoes many changes in order to accommodate your growing baby and to prepare for labour. These changes can lead to problems such as urinary incontinence, back pain, pelvic girdle pain and rib pain. We are able to treat all of these problems to improve your symptoms and make your pregnancy more comfortable and enjoyable.

Group Pilates Class
We provide mats and a range of small equipment to keep each class interesting and challenging, but ask that you bring a towel and water bottle with you for your session. Our classes are held in two convenient central Rugby locations: Hibberts Hall by St Maries Church on Dunchurch Road, and Hill Street Community Centre.
Individual Pilates class
Ideal class for anyone new to pilates and wants to gain some experience. We offer a 30 minute or 1 hour session introducing you to the 5 Pilates principles.
